As the speed of economic growth has increased,market competition is increasingly fierce.For companies,the want to get better development in this case,it is necessary to the use of human resources situation attach importance to it.Human resources is a very important resource for enterprises,enterprises will be able to use the resources effectively and directly affects the success of enterprise long-term development.The analysis of enterprise development should pay attention to the Angle.For companies,only a person with sufficient support,to lay the solid foundation for the development of their own.The flow of talent also reflects the economic development trend of the market.For enterprise,talent flow conditions have to be taken seriously,if we can't to strict control of this problem,cannot achieve,to the promotion of the competitiveness is not conducive to the realization of the goal.For enterprise only realize control brain drain is a very important work,will be able to use effective ways to prevent the brain drain,lay solid foundation for the long-term development of enterprises.This paper takes GDWT Company of some University in Gansu province as an object of study,and through questionnaires,investigation,literature review and other methods,the development history and the present situation of GDWT Company are analyzed.Based on the investigation of a university school-run factory-Harbin industrial university stage technology company personnel condition,using the method of combining literature research and questionnaire survey,the enterprises in recent years,talent flow situation carried on the thorough analysis,and adopts the effective investigation method to survey the employees work attitude,has carried on the summary to the reasons of the loss of talent,to cause the problem the main factors are discussed in this paper.Finally,by effective reference of foreign experience,from the performance evaluation system,staff training,education,career design to enterprise culture construction and other aspects,put forward the control measures to solve the company's staff turnover.Although this study is only about the GDWT Company staff turnover problems,but the research methods,ideas and some conclusions also have some reference value in the growth stage of other university-run enterprises.
