The Evaluation Of Mining Overseas Investment Environment Based On Entropy- Double Base Point Method

At the beginning of the twenty-first Century, our country put forward the "going out" strategy, encouraging domestic enterprises to develop mining overses investment, but due to the characteristics of mining investment, mining overseas investment environment has become more and more complex, so evaluating investment environment scientifically and accurately is very important. This paper has done a thorough research and discussion of mining investment environment evaluation, on the basis of consulting a large number of literature and research results, we constructed the evaluation index system of investment environment of mining, and established a evaluation model according to the Entropy Method and Double Base Points Method, and the selection of a sample of five countries to demonstrate mining overseas investment environment evaluation. the paper not only to improve evaluation index system and model of overseas environment evaluation of mining industry, but also provides a reference for chinese mining enterprises’ investment decision.Based on the a large number of relevant literature and research results, with the combined method of Literature Metrology Method and Expert Evaluation Method, this paper has drawn six major factors affecting the mining investment environment. On this basis, the paper designed the evaluation index system of overseas investment environment of mining, this index system including 6 first level indexes and 22 level two indexes.According to evaluation index system, considering the complexity of mining investment environment, this paper finally decided using the Entropy Weight Method and Double Base Points Method as the evaluation method of mining investment environment, and then built the evaluation model of overseas investment environment of mining.Combined with the evaluation index system and evaluation model of overseas investment environment of mining, five countries were selected as an example to demonstrate mining overseas investment environment evaluation.We sort the results of evaluation, draw conclusions and also puts forward related suggestions.
