The Study Of DSS Based On Construction Investment Of The Highway

Prioritizing of construction project in highway network is through comparing every feasible construction project in order to decide the sequence of construction. Its purpose is to utilize the construction fund rationally, with least fund input which bring best economic benefits and most improvement result for traffic conditions of highway network. The Prioritizing is influenced by many kinds of factors, this dissertation analyses and compares about various kinds of factors on this basis, adopt three indexes to reflect the factor which influence the sequence of construction project, that is the urgency, economy, importance of the highway construction project, and carry on comprehensive appraisal to a lot of projects. This dissertation adopts entropy to confirm the weights of three indexes, uses double basic point method to calculate degree of closeness of each project, get sequence of each project. Finally, because the project will be restrained by the limited fund, some project arrays will can't be implemented, so for using construction fund more efficient, this dissertation have construct investment decision model under the circumstances that certain fund is restrained, in hope of making the best result.It's very important for prioritizing construction project of highway network in traffic planning. It's a heavy work to arrange the project, which needs contrasting repeatedly the economic benefits of each project, and the benefits of giving service to meet the requirement of traffic volume and the restrained fund. If we have relevant software, the course will be more easy to deal with. The existing highway construction project investment decision systems mostly carry on traffic density prediction to the stage of planning of highways, and then assign the traffic density, or carry on the investment decision to the construction project of the highway only through economic evaluation. But there is no special decision system to support to the sequencing of the construction project of the highway, This dissertation combines this consideration and my knowledge of MIS, carries on preliminary research and discussion about the DSS of Prioritizing construction project in highway network, and has realized some functions.
