Southeast Asia Mining Investment Environment Evaluation

Use of the two markets and resources to implement the strategy of economic and social sustainable development of China’s inevitable choice, but also the national long-term economic interests of the major strategic decision to ensure that economic development has far-reaching significance.In this paper, the author introduces the situation of mineral resources, analyzes the country’s economic and social development of the next few decades the demand for mineral resources and the domestic level of protection, discusses the necessity of mining and the possibility of overseas investment, including in the choice of national and regional To take full advantage of our political diplomatic advantage and geographical advantages, which is close to our country’s rich mineral resources in Southeast Asia, a good relationship with China, is China’s choice of mining enterprises to go out one. On this basis, the paper introduces the Southeast Asian country’s mineral resources, policies, and prospects of cooperation aspects. Specificity for offshore mining, the paper describes the evaluation of investment and investment environment, investment environment theory, the international investment environment evaluation methods, focuses on the impact of transnational mining investment environment factors.On the basis of comprehensive analysis and comparison of advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation method for investment environments, this paper select the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for mining investment environment in Southeast Asian countries, the evaluation methods.
