A Study On Motive Force Mechanism And Its Urbanization Model In Chongqing

Taking the city geography,the regional economics theory as a foundation,the article studies motive force mechanism and urbanization model of Chongqing,and analyzes relations between the economy,population,system and urbanization.From the angle of urbanization and industrialization, city scale,city and countryside interaction,the article explores the urbanization model of Chongqing. Finally,the article proposed the strategies of urbanization in Chongqing.Above studied conclusion:First,the agricultural economy development still was foundation of Chongqing urbanization, the agricultural economy development still was initial power of Chongqing urbanization.Second,the industrialization is always the basic power of Chongqing urbanization,but the industrialization special development path causes the urbanization to fall behind the industrialization, in turn it has affected the industrialization advancement.Chongqing industry internal structure adjustment success is deciding Chongqing urbanization advancement and the economic society level of development.Third,the service industry has the broad development space,it is Chongqing urbanization following power.Fourth,the comparative advantage causes the cities displays the huge attraction pulling force.Fifth,Chongqing countryside massive surplus labor forces shift as well as Three Gorges immigrant's moving makes the contribution to Chongqing urbanization,but the labor force quality affects the restriction strength.Sixth,the system innovation and a series of socio-economic structures transformation like household register system reform as well as the social security and so on a series of city and countryside division system gradually will break,provided the powerful safeguard for the urbanized.Seventh,big city polarization and the diffusion effect in Chongqing have led the urbanized step.Eighth,rural enterprise level in Chongqing is low,it is not obvious with the Chongqing urbanization development relations,it does not have the remarkable function.Ninth,Chongqing has four kinds of urbanization model to choice:the synchronized urbanization pattern,the big city pattern,the city and countryside interaction pattern,the suburb urban cluster pattern.
