The mobile Internet rises in China since 2001, the number of mobile internet users increases sharply with comprehensive coverage of mobile internet technology and widely usage of smartphones. The popularity of mobile internet technology influences not only use’s mobile phone experience ascension, but also the change of traditional consumption habits. The greatest impact on consumption habits reflected in the way of payment. As a new mode of payment, mobile payment let customers do business at all times. This kind of conveniences are getting popular and promote the integration of internet, internet of goods and mobile communication, create a huge opportunity for business involve them.There are various business models supporting the development of mobile payment in China. Among these models, companies in every value chain focus on this promising method of payment. The competition and cooperation behind the value chain gradually make a value network which combine all the producer and service suppliers, distributor and competitor in it to do value creation, delivery and collaboration. In the development of this value network, companies continue to redefine their range of business according to the capacity factors they have and then form the modular mobile payment network. Mobile payment value network has its own characteristics of rules, interface and surface, Its innovation, service, ability to respond to market risk in three areas has improved. Operation of the network is no longer confined to value creation, but carries out the value of innovation activities in accordance with market demand.Most of the existing results of modular payment value network focus on the studying of its formulation, advantages and construction. The study of how to proceed in its value innovation is rare. This paper chose research object innovatively, Specific to the modular form around mobile payments value network, also enriched the theoretical research on the value of the network, study the value of the network from the perspective of the value innovation. And that is what this thesis is doing. In our study, we used social network analysis, measuring in construction, relationship and cognitive dimension, combining enterprise innovation ability, service growing power and strategy flexibility to set up a model, designed questionnaire, used SPSS17.0, a kind of software, and demonstrated the value of modular mobile payment network. We collected 240 validated questionnaires sampled by take-out platform—the most typical modular mobile payment network. It is credible and effective to the value innovation of enterprise. Through empirical research, we demonstrated the value of innovation value network mechanism, verified the hypothesis of this article, proved that the value network of modular mobile payment has huge effects on the exaltation of enterprise innovation ability、the improvement of enterprise service capability and increase of enterprise strategic flexibility.
