Research On Land Consolidation Project Management Based On Input-output Analysis

In recent years, with the continued rapid development of population and economy, the contradiction between population of China and the land is becoming increasingly acute. While developing our economy greatly, we ignore the construction of the rural areas. The rural areas account for great proportion in our country, which is an indispensable part of the beautiful China. Land consolidation is necessary for the building of the beautiful china,and is also the key to build our rural areas, which can not only increase the land area to solve the man and land ‘s contradiction, but also improve conditions of agricultural production and farmers’ living. What’s more, the economic benefits of land consolidation can increase farmers’ income. For all these advantages, in order to promote land consolidation, this paper points the land consolidation project of Chejian Village Xingtai County as an example. We analyze the inputs and outputs before and after the land consolidation to examine whether it is in favor of all aspects. We get to know the problems still exist and to propose appropriate countermeasures via this analysis, so that the project can carry on for a long time and play better role in construction for our country.This paper is divided into five sections:The first section introduces the background of the research, the purpose of the research,the significance of the research and reviews the study of land consolidation at home and abroad. Then it presents the research methods and technical route description. The second section introduces the definition and theories related to land consolidation, also introduced the land consolidation mode.The third section analyzes the current state of land use in Xingtai City,and describe the the characteristics of land use, zoning and land-use control measures in Xingtai City. Analyzes the potential of Xingtai City’s land consolidation from the intension and extension.The fourth part points the land remediation project of Chejian Villiage Xingtai City in Hebei as an example. From the inputs and outputs before the land consolidation we study how to increase the land production level and food production, improve farmers living environment, and enhance the capacity for sustainable development of land, via land consolidation projects. The fifth part mainly aimed at the problems existed in the land consolidation and bring forward comments and suggestions.
