Empirical Study Of Urban Comprehensive Carrying Capacity In Hebei Province

Development is an everlasting topic, the economy in the China high-speed, stable, healthy development process also hard to avoid, especially nowadays -- "urbanization" was put on the important agenda. With the development of the city, the city comprehensive carrying capacity is embarks from the city’s own characteristics and its functional perspective. Its characteristics such as resource reserves, land area, these factors determine the city development potential, that is to say by its own innate condition decides the future development degree. While in the functional aspects of the city is the city will provide what kind of living environment for its citizens, such as education, health care, employment etc..Through the analysis above, the 11 city of Hebei Province as the research object, selects several water resources, land resources, transportation resources, education resources, medical care, employment, environmental resources and other aspects of 14 indicators, analysis evaluation method established the comprehensive carrying capacity of the model by using the principal component analysis, from the in two aspects:first, studied the difference of the bearing capacity of city, and from the time series analysis of trends in the city of bearing capacity of 2006-2012 years; secondly, the whole city of Hebei Province comprehensive carrying capacity level at any time the trend of. Then, based on principal component analysis and evaluation model, using the method of gray correlation analysis between Hebei Province, the city’s comprehensive carrying capacity and economic growth were related research. The results showed:the bearing capacity of city of Hebei province’s situation is different, and different aspects of the same city bearing capacity is different, its carrying capacity is changed along with the time fluctuating. At the same time, through the analysis of the existing data, obtains four aspects the biggest influence on bearing capacity of city:employment capacity, city environmental bearing capacity, bearing capacity, bearing capacity of medical education. And put forward some suggestions about improving the city’s comprehensive carrying capacity according to the results of this study.
