Pension Payment Mode Research Under The Progressive Extension Of The Retirement Age

Gradual extension of the retirement age is pointed out at the Third Plenary Session of eighteen CPC Central Committee. Currently, as a serious problem, aging population increasingly appears in each country. And it has made a big impact on the development of China’s economy and other fields. As for the domestic population aging, pension payments crisis can be nade as the main factor. In order to solve this issue effectively,the State proposed the program to extend the retirement age gradually, but how to determine a sound pension payment way is the main problem of the current problems to be solved.Firstly, through public goods theory, social equity theory, and social welfare theory,I have made an analysis on the theoretical basis of the pension payment pattern.Secondly, I’ve combed the pension payment patterns from our country and typical developed countries, and have got inspiration from the existing Experience abroad.Third,I have analysed the basic situation of the research object,and the retirement age policy support. Through correlation analysis, I have made the conclusion that we should carry out punitive measures to avoid early retirement and provide the corresponding incentives to extend the retirement age.Fourth, through the comparison of different scheme onthe retirement age,on the basis of another research,I agreed that the Optimal retirement age is65, the minimum retirement age is 62, and the maximum retirement age is 67. Fifth, on the basis of the optimal retirement project,I take advantage of the actuarial mode to calculate the amount of pension when old people choose to retire from 62 years to 67 years.Finally, on the basis of the existing research and implement policies in the academic and practical area, under the increased aging, the increased pension gap and other practical background, based on a balanced and sustainable pension consideration, I have compared pension payment patterns abroad,and used supporting measures for pension payment to solve the problem of the pension payment process,which will provide scientific,feasible,and optimal suggestions for me in the near future.
