| The important requirement for the transformation of the economic advancement lies in ininnovation-driven development.China,as the second largest economy,ranks at 17 th in terms of innovation capacity across the world in 2017.How to improve the innovative capacity is the hotspot issue within the circle of academic since the current situation of the company capacity lags behind the development need.The existed research shows that technology search is a process of organizing and solving the innovative probkems,while the company innovation results from continuously search the external knowledge of the company and updates the knowledge base.Therefore,researching the relationship between techonlogy search of the company and the self innovation capacity provides theory support for management decision.At present,many researches put priority to the relationship between the content of technology search and innovative capacity,but some inadequacies still exist:(1)few scholars consider the relationship between the content of technology search and the ability of enterprises to innovate.The existed research mainly based on the dimension,breadth and depth of technology search;(2)few scholars empirically study the relationship between technology acquisition and innovation from the dynamic perspective and most of the existing researches use cross-section data for static research or case analysis.(3)There are few relevant research results for developing countries.In order to supplement the above research deficiencies,this paper combined with the MOE(Ministry of Education in China)Project of Humanities and Social Sciences “Study on the upgrading path od enterprises' self-determination innovation capability from perspective of multidimensional technology search”(No.17YJA630023)and Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation “Multi-dimensional technology search and enterprises' self-determination innovation capability construction: study on formation and evolution mechanism”(No.LY18G020016)to study the technological search behavior and the evolution of independent innovation ability from the dynamic perspective.Mainly including the following procedures: Firstly,this paper proposes four kins of technology search and three levels of self-innovative capacity based on “time” and “content” through literature review combined with the review of technical search behavior and The concept development and type division of independent innovation capability,which lays a theoretical foundation for further research.Second,the paper selects typical enterprises to conduct exploratory case analysis based on the actual discovery of technology search behavior and the evolutionary rule of independent innovation capability,and then put forward the initial proposition.Thirdly,the paper proposes the hypothesis of co-performance path between the technical search behavior and the independent innovation ability on the basis of the initial proposition and theoretical analysis,and then the hypothesis is verified by statistical analysis of large sample data.Fourth,the paper further explores the co-playing mechanism of technology search and independent innovation capability based on the fundamental view about resource and the system dynamics theory.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the system dynamics model of the two is established.Combined with some empirical data and literature analysis of the relationship between quantitative variables,the simulation results are simulated by Vensim.Fifth,this paper summarizes the research conclusions,points out the significance and limitations of this study,and forecas the future research direction.Through the above research,this paper finally defines the "communication path and mechanism of enterprise technology search behavior and self-innovative capability" :(1)With the independent innovation of enterprises developed from the basic stage,the intermediate stage to the advanced stage,the importance of advanced technology search and emerging science and technology search and emerging experience technology search is increasing,thus the importance of mature technology search is decreasing.(2)Advanced technology search,emerging science and technology search and emerging experience technology search improve the independent innovation ability in marginally increase.While the mature technology search has a marginal increasing inhibition of independent innovation capability;(3)Enterprise innovation willingness and external environmental turbulence regulates four kinds of technology search behaviors and independent innovation capabilities.The research results of this paper supplement and improve the existing theories from the following three aspects:(1)Based on the dynamic capability perspective,this paper finds the co-playing path and mechanism of technology search behavior and self-innovative ability,which complements the innovation theory.(2)This paper uses systematic dynamics theory to study the co-playing mechanism of technology search behavior and innovation ability,which is a new attempt of systematic dynamics theory in the field of technology search and innovation.(3)Based on the fundamental view about resource,this paper explores the evolutionary law and formation mechanism of self-innovative capability,which supplements China's selfinnovative theory. |
