Bottleneck Analysis And Strategy Research On The Development Of Largr Commercialaircraft Industry In Shanghai

Large commercial aircraft industry is a national strategic emerging industry in China.In 2007, the project of Large commercial aircraft’s manufacture was settled down in Shanghai which has accelerated the development of Large commercial aircraft industry and also has important strategic significance in the transformation of economic development and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Shanghai. But large commercial aircraft industry in Shanghai has just started which has no perfect industry chain and many unsolved technical obstacles. It also lacks the capability of innovation and an effective innovation system. Therefore, it is an important problem both in theory and in practice that we should study the bottlenecks problem and reveal the main obstacles of large commercial aircraft industry in Shanghai.We also need to put forward effective measures and policy suggestions.The paper takes large commercial aircraft industry in Shanghai as research objects and uses many analytical methods which studies the bottlenecks and corresponding strategies of large commercial aircraft in Shanghai from five aspects. Firstly, the paper studies the characteristics of large commercial aircraft industry and development trend in the future, and then reviews the development process.The paper also analyzes development advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats in detail through SWOT analysis framework and construct the SWOT matrix of large commercial aircraft industry in Shanghai. Secondly, the paper analyzes its position in the global value chain of large commercial aircraft and draw chain structure diagram of large commercial aircraft industry in Shanghai. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the present of independent innovation by using the method of patent map, using the interpretative structural modeling to identify the relationship between the effect of various industrial independent innovation factors, usingthe analytic hierarchy process to get their weight, finding out the major and minor elements which impact the development of industry. Fourthly, the paper analyzes foreign successful experience about the development of large commercial aircraft industry. Finnally,on the basis of the above study, the paper puts forward the upgrading path of large commercial aircraft industry chain in Shanghai which is to enhance the international cooperation, the ability of independent innovation and construct the national value chain.
