Study On Planting Structure Adjustment Potential In Heilongjiang Province

Agricultural restructuring is the adjustment of the agricultural structure, so that a country or a region the most rational allocation of resources in agriculture so that reasonable agricultural structure, agricultural production efficiency, and increased levels of process. While in the adjustment of agricultural structure in the planting structure adjustment is the main part. Heilongjiang province is a big agricultural province in China, in national of food security in the served as important role, especially in rice, and corn, and soybean, and wheat of production Shang, but in long-term of agricultural production process in the, Heilongjiang province of corn and soybean has been occupy main status, soybean, and wheat, planting scale gradually reduced, coupled with "main auxiliary for bit" of policy, caused industry structure not reasonable, planting scale reduced of situation. Therefore, in future agricultural production especially planting structure adjustment of agricultural industry structure adjustment would be the key to the development of agricultural science. According to this, this article is entitled to Heilongjiang province’s plantation property structure adjustment, focusing on the border of Heilongjiang province’s plantation property structure adjustment, provide the theoretical basis for Heilongjiang province’s plantation property structure adjustment.This paper was on the basic both at home and abroad related literature, defined related concept on planting structure adjustment, according to compared advantage theory, industry development theory, and marginal benefits theory, analysis status and existing problem of planting structure adjustment in Heilongjiang province, thus find factors which effects planting structure adjustment, and accordingly, used linear planning model, according to environment, conditions of status, on Heilongjiang province planting structure adjustment of border for determination, Proposed countermeasures and suggestions to promote Heilongjiang province’s plantation property structure adjustment. After this study, this paper argues that Heilongjiang province has four major crops – rice, corn, soybean and wheat crop size on the whole tended to decrease, and with the advancement and development of animal husbandry, crop size is relatively stable, while the other three types of crop, overall crop size will decrease. Therefore, in the process of planting structure adjustment in Heilongjiang province, we should ensure a reasonable adjustment boundary, ensure food security, increase the intensity of industrialization, develop new agricultural and management bodies, and enhance the status of agriculture as the foundation of our province.
