The textile industry is treated as the pillar industry of the national economy, and its development has been concerned about the community. Along with China’s accession to the World Trade Organization(WTO), the country’s open policy has been improved continuously, and opportunities and challenges faced by the textile industry are also growing. Experiencing a constant melting pot of the test, the textile and clothing enterprises start from the beginning of self-construction and look for a unique competitive factor to occupy the market from them own. Innovation, as the competition foothold in the market, has become inherent power of enterprise development by enhancing innovation capability. Innovative behavior of employees is the core elements of innovation, so enterprises can keep the business competitive advantage only with full of their creativity. Corporate culture is the highest expression of competitive advantage, and the outstanding corporate culture can promote innovation capacity of employees. C urrent corporate culture of innovation in the field of employee’s behavior has become a hot research, but in the past empirical study, there are few articles from the textile industry point of view studying on the mechanism of enterprise cultural characteristics of textile and garment effect on employee innovative behavior deeply.This article is based on the research of the corporate culture and employee innovative behavior theory, starts with the “Textile Economy and Business Management Innovation Alliance” established by a number of textile and clothing enterprises and our university, combines with the present situation and development trend of the textile industry, considers the factors influence textile enterprises cultural characteristics. Then build the cultural trait evaluation scale of textile and clothing enterprises through the evaluation analysis and divide the textile and clothing enterprises cultural characteristics into four dimensions: participation, consistency, mission and adaptability as the in dependent variable. The study makes the corporate culture affecting their innovative behavior generation, implement as the dependent variable, focuses on the intermediary role of demonstration job engagement. Then make the field research in the textile and clothing enterprises belongs to the strategic alliance by issuing a large number of questionnaires and use the multiple regression analysis to prove how the textile and clothing enterprises cultural characteristics affects the innovative behavior of the staff.The innovation of this study is making the conclusion about the definition and measurement of the enterprise culture from existing research results at home and abroad, building the corporate culture trait measurement scale for the textile and clothing industry in China under the unique localization and demonstrating the textile and clothing enterprises cultural characteristics is a multi-dimensional structure through the empirical research. The study introduces the perspective of employee’s work and makes the textile and clothing enterprises cultural characteristics impact on innovation behavior of employees increase to more in-depth study of the stage, demonstrates the study hypothesis through empirical analysis and provides the basic information and data for future generations further research in this field. So it provides a realistic and theoretical significance for the business cultural construct of textile and clothing enterprises and a strong theoretical support to maintain a sustained innovative ability of textile and garment enterprises in the competitive market environment by the textile and clothing enterprises empirical analysis and conclusion of positive influence he four dimensions of the cultural characteristics of textile and clothing enterprises in the staff put on innovation intermediary variables.
