Research On The Potential Improvement Of Rural Construction Land In Bayannaoer City

The paper is on the basis of domestic and abroad research results,drawing on the experience of domestic and abroad rural construction landremediation, combined with the practical features of rural construction land innorth China, taking Bayannao’er as the object of analysis and study, mainlyadopting theoretical analysis and empirical research using combined withqualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, literature review method,system analysis and other methods combination for research of Bayannao’errural construction land.The thesis structure is divided into five parts: The first part is anintroduction; it’s an overview of the research background, significance,relevant domestic and abroad research situation, research method, researchapproach, research content and key issues to be resolved. The second part isrelated concepts and basic theories. It introduces the basic concepts of landremediation, rural construction land improvement and rural construction landremediation potential, as well as intensive land use theory, the theory ofsustainable development, the theory of scale economy, people and land inharmony theory, and location theory. The third part is the current status ofrural construction land of Bayannao’er. It gives an overview of the study area,analyzes the status of Bayannao’er rural construction land, and advantages andlimitations of the remediation. The fourth part is the core part of this thesis,remediation research of Bayannao’er rural construction land. First estimatesthe theoretical potential of Bayannao’er rural construction land remediation,then get the real potential with the actual amendment, predicts the arable landcan be increased after rural construction land remediation. By farmlandpriority principle, evaluate the potential of rural construction land remediation by increased proportion of arable land. At last, against actual situation ofBayannao’er rural construction land, it summarizes four patterns of theremediation. The fifth part is of conclusions and discussions. It’s a summaryof research results and discussions, which makes the following conclusions.(1)Forecast： potential of rural construction land remediation for followingdistricts is:Bayannao’er–20895.06hectares, Linhe-4964.36hectares,Wuyuan County-3897.26hectares, Dengkou-2214.59hectares, Ulateqianqi-3655.26hectares, Ulatezhongqi-3066.97hectares, Ulatehouqi-557.12hectares, Hangjinhouqi-2539.53hectares.(2) Evaluated of rural constructionland remediation potential by units of villages and towns, in Bayannao’er,1.there are18Class One rural construction land remediation potential villagesand towns,9944.06hectares to be remediated, and it would increase4218.50hectares after remediation; there are18Class Two rural construction landremediation potential villages and towns,7944.20hectares to be remediated,and it would increase2826.19hectares after remediation; there are6ClassThree rural construction land remediation potential villages and towns,3006.80hectares to be remediated, and it would increase635.33hectares afterremediation; there are7villages and towns have no rural construction landremediation potential.(3) Propose4remediation patterns: Urban-ruralintegration, center village consolidation pattern, internal transformationcontrol pattern and and migration plus rebuild remediation pattern.
