Research On The Quantity And Potential Of Land Consolidation And Rehabilitation

Land remediation was an important mean to improve the relationship between land and people, regulate the contradiction between land and people, promote the social sustainable development. It could not only increase the quantity of cultivated land, improve the degree of intensive use of land, but also promote the farmers' income, accelerate the new rural construction and co-ordinate the development of urban and rural areas. It was an important way to develop a coordinated society. Land remediation potential research was the basis of the land remediation implementation development, and was also an important gist to guide the rural land remediation implement and layout more reasonably.This paper analyzed and summarized researches of land remediation potential, chosen Qionglai city as the study area, in support of GIS technology platform, respectively to the Qionglai city agricultural land consolidation, rural residential land consolidation, abandoned industrial and mining land reclamation and arable land reserve resources development of potential quantity of cultivated land potential calculation and classification, based on the sum of Qionglai city land remediation total potential and from two angles of potential and grading results were analysis and put forward Qionglai city four land consolidation mode key improvement areas and suggestions for remediation of. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) The total land remediation potential of the Qionglai city was 6210.25hm2. The agricultural land consolidation of quantity of cultivated land potential was 4089.76hm2; rural residential land consolidation and consolidation of additional quantity of cultivated land potential was 1950.60 hm2; abandoned industrial and mining land reclamation of arable land potential was 75.33hm2; suitable arable land reserve resources development of quantity of cultivated land potential was 94.56hm2. The potential were the main source of the land and rural residential land consolidation.(2) The agricultural cultivated land quantity within the Qionglai city was 4089.76hm2, the larger potential towns were mainly distributed in Qionglai City topography central and eastern region that were flat relatively, mainly distributed in Linqiong Town, Mouli Town, Yangan Town, Sangyuan Town, Ranyi Town and Guyi Town, these areas could be the improvement agricultural land in the future.(3) The quantity of cultivated land of the rural residential land consolidation has great potential within the city of Qionglai, the theoretical potential was 4199.99hm2. After modifying the potential could be 1950.60hm2. The potential of the township include Linqiong Town, Wolong Town and Kong Ming Village, could be used as the preferred area.(4) The abandoned industrial and mining with land reclamation and appropriate tillage land reserve resources development potential of complementary land of the Qionglai City were relatively small, they were 94.56hm2and 75.33hm2, respectively. Abandoned industrial and mining land reclamation potential in the larger towns are mainly distributed in the northern and eastern parts of the Qionglai City, including Ranyi Town, Yangan Town, Huilong Town, Mouli Town and Sangyuan Town; and should be cultivated land reserve resources development potential larger towns are mainly distributed in the central and northern, including Linqiong Town, Sangyuan Town, Guyi Town, Chayuan Village.(5) On the basis of the Qionglai city land consolidation potential results, combined the development tendency of land remediation, suggested the future land consolidation for the Qionglai city. The Qionglai city future land remediation would develop individual to comprehensive gradually, co-ordinate arrangement agricultural land consolidation, rural construction land remediation, cities, towns, industrial and mining land remediation and reclamation of land and unused land development activities. Constructed regional land ecological security pattern, strengthened the construction of ecological core areas, protected and restored natural landscape pattern, maintained the integrity of land ecological system.
