Tasked to promote the harmonious development of urbanization-rural, the New Urbanization will be the obligatory way leading to the thoroughly modernization. As the substantial basis and spatial carrier of the urbanization, land(especially the rural collective-owned land), pretended to have a significant function on the New Urbanization. Different land involvement pattern brings out of resources allocation a different result referring to efficiency and justice respects, and correspondingly comes upon an obvious effect on the New Urbanization and distribution of value-added benefits. The traditional mode of requisitioning the rural collective-owned land into the urban state-owned land, seems to have lots of problems, such as the high cost of land development, the uneven distribution of land appreciation, and so on, so that some conflicts between rural prosperity and urban development appear. Therefore, research and analysis on innovation of the rural collective-owned land involvement pattern, is badly required for the New Urbanization construction, and a useful exploration to the Land System Reform as well.Located in Urban-Rural juncture area of Beijing, Haidian District occupies various types of land-use, and appears to be one of the earliest and headiest urbanization regions in the city. Taking Dongsheng Technology Park, Yuyuantan technology business district, Tangjialing public rental, etc. in the District as cases, the paper, makes a comparison study on the different models to reveal their advantages and disadvantages respectively according to.the theories on land property rights, intensively land-use, etc. Combing out and learning from successful practical experience from the various modes as joint-stock reform of rural collective economy, collective industrial restructuring, economic and ecological construction, and so on, the paper sets forth some solution proposals upon the defaults existing in the present land systems such as inadequate property rights, opaque income distribution, insufficient policy supports, etc.The basic conclusion can be stated as: It is essential to explore an innovative involvement model of in the urbanization to revitalize the rural idle land, and makes the passive involvement into the active, which will be crucial to enhance participation enthusiasm of the farmers, and promote the new rural urbanization. And it is the guarantee for accelerating the New Urbanization and the harmonious development of urban-rural by the conduct of some reform approaches as perfecting the rural collective land ownership systems to achieve the land by the same right in the same price, of rural land, setting-up of an open and reasonable distribution system on the basis of the joint-stock reform, and focusing on social and ecological benefits upon the utility of collective-owned land.
