Taking Dongsheng Technology Park, Yuyuantan technology business district, Tangjialing public rental, etc. in the District as cases, the paper, makes a comparison study on the different models to reveal their advantages and disadvantages respectively according to.the theories on land property rights, intensively land-use, etc. Combing out and learning from successful practical experience from the various modes as joint-stock reform of rural collective economy, collective industrial restructuring, economic and ecological construction, and so on, the paper sets forth some solution proposals upon the defaults existing in the present land systems such as inadequate property rights, opaque income distribution, insufficient policy supports, etc.The basic conclusion can be stated as: It is essential to explore an innovative involvement model of in the urbanization to revitalize the rural idle land, and makes the passive involvement into the active, which will be crucial to enhance participation enthusiasm of the farmers, and promote the new rural urbanization. And it is the guarantee for accelerating the New Urbanization and the harmonious development of urban-rural by the conduct of some reform approaches as perfecting the rural collective land ownership systems to achieve the land by the same right in the same price, of rural land, setting-up of an open and reasonable distribution system on the basis of the joint-stock reform, and focusing on social and ecological benefits upon the utility of collective-owned land.
