Study On The Combination Way Of Endowment Insurance System With Q City In Jiangsu Province As An Example

After years of development and continuous improvement, the China’s endowment insurance system has a far-reaching influence on national economy and people’s life. In recent years, with the deepening of the economic system reform, the voice of whole society for the insurance system reform is growing louder, especially the reform of endowment insurance of government organizations and institutions, and the combination of the endowment insurances of and so on. Tracing the source and the focus of the problem is how to establish the integration system, but this thesis is really broad and distracting, and the divergence is rather large too, although the state has released the decision of latest endowment insurance system reform, with the right direction of the reform, the local government is studying how to formulate the details for the implementation, the integration of endowment insurance system is a good and worthy topic.In this paper, on the basis of fully analysis of the endowment insurance system,with Q city in jiangsu province as an example, analyzes the needy changes of the current endowment insurance system, through the investigation and study, probe into the demand of different social classes toward the endowment insurance system, draw lessons from the domestic advanced ideas and experiences of the system, analyses the main problems in the current endowment insurance system, and make some feasible suggestions.
