The Migrant worker, namely the worker who has the countryside registered permanent address, actually works in the cities and engage in non-agricultural industries, is the special concept in China’s economic and social transformation period. As a result of the urbanization process, there appears a large number of migrant workers in China. Due to the household registration system, the differences between urban and rural areas, migrant workers are now facing a series of problems. Large population of migrant workers may lead to this social problem come into being. The longer working time, the big labor intensity, high risks of their work, but get low pay and live underclass in the city. The low level of education and skill levels is one of the causes.
