| The information technology has restructured the entire world into a mobile network space. However, the selectivity of technology diffusion makes rural areas at the risk of decoupling. Jiang Cun is the window of Chinese countryside. Analyzing the existing literature, while supplemented by structured interviews and questionnaire, the paper made a descriptive research on the change of Jiang Cun industry during more than 70 years. Firstly, through the vertical contrast about the old factory, the new embroidery factory, Jiang Cun silk factory of the village and the modern private enterprise in the four periods, the trend of industry raw material supply, production technology, sales approach has been summarized. Secondly, factory financing, organization structure and personnel management of Jiang Cun has been analyzed. Finally, this paper discusses the workers in professional identity, communication methods and the new transformation of entertainment and leisure. The paper gives priority to analyze Jiang Cun industry, the change of the factories, the workers, and the reconstruction of the rural life and production. |
