| Nowadays, the golden age of real estate industry has passed, and the competitions between real estate enterprises are becoming more intensely. Under the downturn of the entire real estate market, it is the talents’ competitions among enterprises that decide whether an enterprise can survive in a hostile market or not. An outstanding human resource management system is a pivotal guarantee to improve the enterprise’s core competitiveness and performance. The performance appraisal management plays a key role in human resource management, which focuses on the improvement of employee performance. Therefore, setting up a scientific, effective and suitable performance appraisal management system is the priority for the enterprise.On the basis of summarizing predecessors’ researches, this article uses field research method, based on the study of the theory of performance appraisal management, deeply investigated and analyzed the present situation and problems of ZBZH’s performance management. The article combines ZBZH’s strategic objective, using the balanced scorecard, resolved the strategic target step by step, extracted key performance indicators to build ZBZH’s performance appraisal management system for individuals and departments, moreover, put forward improvement measures aimed at problems such as present unreasonable performance appraisal cycle, the lack of performance communication, and the lack of performance feedback.All improvement measures that put forward by this article for performance management can solve the practical problems that currently exist in ZBZH, laying the foundation for sustained and stable growth in the long run, also conducive to ZBZH to go through this tough stage of real estate. Hope this article can help enterprises that do not have mature performance appraisal management as well. |
