Auto manufacture is one of the most important industry of the world. It always decides the development for whole region and becomes pillar industry because it’s long industrial chain and wide influence, As one of auto production and marketing center, Chinese auto industry had grown steadily and quickly. It’s only right and proper that prosperity brings highly competition. There are more than 10 thousands auto-parts manufacture enterprises in china, some of them are foreign investment or joint venture with perfect quality and technique control, some of them are private which good at price.HZ is a large-scale state-owned enterprise which produce auto-parts for several years. And this thesis will take HZ as a subject. HZ has many advantages in domestic market which are good relationship, abundant experience and scale effect. Disadvantages like obsolete knowledge, high cost and poor efficiency also exist. All these character is not only typical but also easily found in many Chinese company. The problem in supply chain is exposed because of the serious competition, and it will reduce customers’satisfaction and trust. At the same time, enterprise’ s income can’t be maintained.So I analyzed supply chain situation for HZ corporation and then found that managers and operators were short of Supply Chain Management knowledge. The problem that staffs in every section only care about their own benefits but never consider the whole profit for the company was also displayed by sufficient research. This condition will allow more concealed fault and lead to a deviation from enterprise objective.The solution will be a long-time systematic work. On the one hand, every position’s skill which is important for Supply Chain Management could be listed by analysis. Concentrated training with specific target will take an obvious improvement in short time. On the other hand, stable management effects must be achieved only by standardized guidelines. This thesis will analyze and comb some key link for Supply Chain Management, it will help HZ to output proper standardized files. More remarkable, standardized guidelines is not ornamental but policy paper with continuous updates. These methods will enhance the Supply Chain Management efficiency and competitive power of enterprise.
