In modern management theory, the assumption about human nature developed through several stages:economic man, social man and complex man. All of the stages have been experienced management and human interaction. With the development of economic and technological, EAP (employee assistance program) has been applied widely. As a significant factor affecting behavior and attitude of employee, subjective well-being received more and more attention.This study discusses the relationship between subjective well-being of employee and EAP., Oxford Happiness Inventory (OHI) and questionnaire are adopted to evaluate the sample comprising 249 employees around China (including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen city etc.). This study analyzed the data with SPSS, and frame relationship models of employee’s subjective well-being and EAP. Testing the structure models, goodness of fit is good.Organization should be launch EAP, maintain the physical and psychological health of employee, promote the subjective well-being and performance,and improve the competitive advantage of organize.
