Study On The Problem Of Financing Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Changchun City

SMEs played a decisive role in economic prosperity, employment promotion, science and technology innovation etc., which is an important part of the national economy. Over the years, Nation and local government all have given great attention and policy support for the development of SMEs, and have actively played the guiding role of demonstration and service enterprises. However, in the comprehensive influence of regional differences, historical reasons and policy system and many other factors, SMEs universally face difficulties in financing. At present, the SMEs of Changchun are still facing with the problems of single mode of financing, high financing costs, less financial institutions and worse financing ability and so on. While in China, under the economic situation of "new normal", in areas of transformation and upgrading, restructuring of the pattern and growth, the financing needs of SMEs will be more and more urgent. Therefore, to study and solve financing problems of SMEs will greatly stimulate SMEs ’ going on and evolution.This paper combines closely with the new policy of revitalizing the northeast and economic situation of "new normal", on the basis of analyzing of SME financing of home and abroad, takes the SMEs in Changchun as research object, analyzes financing problems in the development process and its causes, and raises some proposals to lead to greater practicality, feasibility based on the perspective of government by drawing lessons from the experiences and practices of government at home and abroad supporting SMEs in financing.
