The Internet is perhaps the most impressive technology that deeply changed human society for the last 2 decades. As the advance of Internet technology, China has undergone profound changes in different aspects. The change in consumption behavior of customer facilitated the emerging of online shopping, which is a new way of consumption that gradually penetrated into people’s daily lives.Recently, the developments of Internet and financial industry are in complete harmony, which opened a new era of Internet and Finance.As a pioneer of the third-party payment platform, Alipay developed a value-added service called "balance treasure" jointly with Celestica fund, which not only subverted the rules of market competition, also accelerated the disruptive innovation of payment system. Combining Internet and finance becomes a new trend and the development of it comes into a climax.The emergency of “balance treasure” has excitated some company.Chinese insurance companies has looking for the way of sale,and now begin to walk to the field of the Internet.For example,zhongan Online,and Suning insurance company can be the best ones.The starting of online insurance in China is behind it in Western countries,and it has a low level.To ensure the development of online shopping insurance in China, five necessary measures are needed. First, improving relevant regulatory system, laws and regulations are essential. Second, the external environment of implementing online shopping insurance needs to be improved. Third, establishing diversified marketing channels is helpful. Then, improving the internal e-commerce environment of insurance enterprises is necessary. Finally, there is also a need of training more professional online shopping insurance experts.
