The Evaluation Of Land Ecological Security Based On The New Urbanization In Etuokeqi

The southeast coastal areas in China quick to enter the urbanization process and to complete the development of economic,social,humanities and science since reform and opening up. Using the experience of these areas, energy and chemical production area in the northwest of China quick to enter the ranks of urbanization too.However, the urbanization supported only by the industrial development is easy to have a phenomenon such as resources waste,environmental pollution and poor infrastructure,and affect the healthy development of urbanization.This paper choose the etuokeqi in Inner Mongolia as the study area,and analyse it’s natural,social,economic conditions,the present situation of land use and the change of the level of urbanization,and build the evaluation index system of land ecological security based on the new urbanization by using Pressure- State- Response model, and research the evaluation of land ecological security based on the new urbanization in etuokeqi by using comprehensive evaluation method. the study area is divided into three land ecological functional areas and given corresponding countermeasures of land use according to the evaluation results. The main conclusions are as follows:The grassland is the main type of land use. The area of grassland is 15941km2 and 78.27% of total area of the land. The degree of land use is low. And the area of the lowest degree of land use is qipanjingzhen.According to the space-time change of the level of urbanization, the area of the highest urbanization rate is wulanzhen,because wulanzhen is seat of government and center of politics,economy and culture. The second is qipanjingzhen.the third is mengxizhen. In recent five years the level’s change of urbanization in these village is not obvious except qipanjingzhen.This paper build the evaluation index system of land ecological security based on the new urbanization by using Pressure- State- Response model and determine the weight by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp) and the variation coefficient method.This paper research the evaluation of land ecological security based on the new urbanization in etuokeqi by using comprehensive evaluation method and find out that land ecological security of etuokeqi is in the critical safety state and land ecological security value of each village are generally low.The study area is divided into three land ecological functional areas that include the area of industrial towns, farming and animal husbandry economic area and ecological protection and restoration areas, and given corresponding countermeasures of land use according to the evaluation results.
