Study On The Evaluation And Regulation Of Land Ecological Security In Qianjiang

The land resource is indispensable to human survival and development. As the unreasonable use of land, the land ecological security problems have bec0me worse. And Land ecological security has become the core and foundation of sustainable utilization of land.SO Land ecological security research has become the forefront topic of the current land sustainable utilization research.Qianjiang district, which is the jurisdiction area of 2392 square kilometers, is located in the southeast of chongqing, hinterland of wuling mountainous area. The mountain is a total area of about 95%. And the eastern and northern borders of Hubei province, is known as the "Chongqing Hubei throat".There are five functional partition in chongqing qianjiang, which may be defined as the key development zones in ecological protection zones of the southeast of Chongqing. It is necessary to speed up the build center of the southeast of chongqing city and the important economic centre in the wuling mountain areas". "Ecology" and "economic development" has become"two driven" of qianjiang development, which highlights the construction of ecological civilization.This study takes Qianjiang district in chongqing as the study area, based on the analysis of the land utilization and land ecological environment condition.Guided by the "PSR" conceptual framework model and taken the advantages of "natural- social- economic" frame model and constructed qianjiang land ecological security evaluation index system from the ecological load, ecological protection, ecological function and ecological economy, I evaluated qianjiang land ecological security from two aspects of dynamic time and space differences. And on the basis of the evaluation results, based on the maintenance of sustainable land use and ecological security, in order to promote qianjiang sustainable utilization of land resources and ecological civilization construction and control the negative impact of regional land use change on ecosystem security, this essay makes control of qianjiang ecological from the control mode, the land use structure optimization, the land ecological function zoning and land ecological regulatiomeasuresThe main research content and conclusion of this study are as follows:In the first part, Comprehensively Summarized the research subject from the concept of land ecological security evaluation and regulation of the evaluation index system and evaluation method, evaluation standard research, land use structure optimization, land ecological function zoningand made reviewes of the research progress both at home and abroad. In order to lay a theoretical foundation to the research.I combed the person-land relations theory, sustainable development theory, system science theory, control theory of the ecological security theoryIn the second section, I Analysed the main problems in the qianjiang land eclogical security mainly includind soil erosion, desertification, land pollution and geological disaster-prone.In the third part, guided by the "PSR" conceptual framework model and takenthe advantages of "natural- social- economic" frame model,I constructe Qianjiang land ecological security evaluation index system from the ecological load, ecological protection, ecological function and ecological economy, and use comprehensively combination weighting method (entropy weight combined with analytic hierarchy process) and use comprehensive index method from the air,and time dimensions to evaluate qianjiang district land ecological security. The results are as follows:Firstly, From 2005 to 2012, Qianjiang land ecological security level is on the rise, with land ecological security composite index rising from 0.4269 in 2005 to 0.5862 in 2012. The land ecological security level from "relative unsafety" to "critical safety" levels showed that land ecological security level remains to be improved.Secondly, In 2012,there are 30 towns land ecological security degree of qianjiang is across a moderate of safety, relative safety, criticality safety, relative unsafety, among them, xiaonanhai tow,zhuoshui town,apengjiang town,zhongtang town,shihui town,aba town,mala town at a safe level.With ecological security level is higher, Huang Xi town, white stone township, ShaBa Township, gold creek town, stone home town and 16 villages and towns in the relative safety level, East, west, south of the city, zhoubai, zhengyang, fengjia, ShuiTian and pengdong town is in a criticality safety level. Linge town ecological security level is low, in a relative unsafety level. Significant difference was found in the land ecological security dimension, which presents "district center of land ecological security is low, around high" land ecological security of land ecological security pattern.In the forth part,based on dynamic time and space difference of land ecological security evaluation results, this article restructs measures to regulate and control qianjiang land ecological security from the control mode, the land use structure optimization, the land ecological function zoning, specific as follows.On ecological control mode, it builds the four integrated overall adjustment model mainly from the ecological system, ecological economic system, ecological culture system, ecological environment system, and based on the urban areas and rocky desertification areas, mining areas, agricultural land area, nature reserve constructed typical ecological control mode.On the regulation of land use structure, based on the grey multi-objective linear programming operation, Qianjiang district land use structure optimization control needs to be on the basis of cultivated land protection, further optimization of agricultural structure, increasing the share of garden and forest land. For construction purposes, intensive utilization of land, a modest increase in cities and towns, transportation, water conservancy and scenic spot land, promoting rural residential areas reclamation, rational developed nature reserveis beneficial to improve the efficiency of land use to maintenance land ecological.On the land ecological function zoning regulation,based on land ecological security evaluation results of every town,it divided qianjiang district as ecological town control area, ecological tourism development area andecological agricultural reserve area.Ecological towns control area needs to make focus on coordinating the relationship between the construction land expansion and land ecological protection.lt is a great need to make importance on the protection of Tourism resources,and insist on equal emphasis on development and protection of Ecological tourism development area need Ecological agriculture reserve area should pay attention to the protection of the ecological environment, reduce the pollution of the land and develope green agriculture. At the same time, it is necessary to manage soil and water loss caused by irrational development in Governance mining area.On the control measures and strategies, Qianjiang land ecological security control measures mainly include two aspects, developing ecological economyto develop ecological benefits and strengthen ecological protection and maintaining ecological function.
