Nowadays, the Current situation of the real estate development market is not only about social stability and financial security, but also related to the normal operation of the national economy. Real estate development industry also facing many challenges and difficulties while it is booming. The brand effect, the management level and the quality of products themselves are increasingly constitute key factors in the real estate business to win the competition. Faced with stormy development environment, many large real estate companies are beginning to realize to win a foothold in the competitive market by adjusting their development strategies, looking for new opportunities to develop more effective development strategies.Based on the background, this paper applied theoretical knowledge of development strategies, the Real Estate of X company as the research subject, discussed the Real Estate of X company’s development strategies and guarantee measures. The Real Estate of X company belongs to state-owned enterprises, and hasn’t paid enough attention to development strategies for a long time, thus, there are many problems in strategy development. Therefore, this paper analysed the company’s current situation and problems of the development strategy, integrating used case study and business research method, and proposed development strategies scheme meeting with the company’s actual program,based on the literature review. This study aims to promote the scientific development of strategies in the Real Estate of X company, but also provided references for related enterprises.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduced the research background, literature review and related information. The second part analyzed the current situation and problems of the company’s development strategy. The third part analyzes the internal and external environment of the Real Estate of X company company, and applied the SWOT analysis tool to formulate the overall development strategy. The fourth part designed the development strategies program in the Real Estate of X company, and provided measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the program. Part V concluded the paper and pointed out limitations of the study.
