A Difference Analysis On The Housing Consuming Behavior For Rural Youth In Dianjiang, Chongqing

Housing is one of the most important consumption for rural youth. It concerns the happiness and health of the whole family, and so it is also a critical decision in rural area. Recently, housing consumption has showed obvious difference which refers to the different understanding to housing and housing consumption. Thus, it concludes different housing consumption concept.This text takes village H in Chongqing as an example for analysis by applying questionnaire and interview to the data collection. It covers field research for the current housing consumption, distinguishing the difference between groups, analyzing the root reasons that lead to the current situation, and finally comes to the conclusion that the difference has big influence on the rural family and social culture of the village pattern in future. This article includes the following 4 parts:a, it analyzes the differences of the rural youth by consumption methods, the location of housing consumption, and housing consumption capital financing, and then sum up the showed features of the difference, such as, tendency of rational choice, family conditions and so on; b, it explains the reason of the difference by individual factors of the rural youth, national policy, and the uncertainty issues; c, it will further study the inner social and cultural connotation, and states the influence on the rural family and social culture of the village pattern in future; d, it will propose the corresponding discussion and suggestions.This article has arrived at the following conclusion:a, in the typical labor output village, due to individual difference, national policy, and so on, the consumption ability and consumption will vary a lot in rural youth which lead to the big difference in housing consumption; b, the will of housing condition improvement and residence migration is relatively weak; economic income is the key factor that affects the consumption, and the village has relatively high ownership, but vacant housing rate is also high; d, the consumption difference has decided the change of rural area population structure and village pattern, and it have profound and lasting influence to the rural society and village culture trend.According the above analysis, the text have proposed the following discussion and suggestion:a, as the change of the rural youth housing need is strong and difference will exist over a long period, the housing supply system need keep steady; b, considering the consumption difference in rural area is not just a opportunity but also a challenge, rational planning in new countryside is necessary; c, in order to rebuild the new livelihood and good family atmosphere, the government need adjust the policy correspondingly, and provide the related support.
