China has rich Marine fisheries resources, the product of mariculture industry accounts for nearly third of proportion in the national ocean economy output. According to the marxist epistemology, people can reveal the rational knowledge accumulation in the process of Marine economy practice and achieve the Marine economic laws, then make it benefit mankind. Guangdong fishery economy has ranked among the top nationwide because of the superior geographical environment and market environment. Aquaculture has become the leading industry and form the supporting system, inculding well-bred breeding, feed production, processing and sales of industrial.
