Study On Cultivation Of The Contract Consciousness Of Migrant Workers In The Process Of Urbanization

Along with the urbanization process accelerating, the number of migrant workers have risen as a whole in a straight line In recent years. After the migrant workers into the city, they have Strong appetite of urbanization by the influence of urban civilization. The development of modern cities pay more attention to the role of contract spirit in society. The society advocates "democracy, civilization, equality, justice, rule of law, honesty " and other values after we finished 18th CPC National Congress. It is the same as the democracy and rule of law, freedom and equality, equal rights and obligations, integrity compliance, integrity and other perception which belongs to contract spirit. The spirit of contract is missing in the social culture of China. Compared with Urban residents, traditional local culture have deeply effect on migrant workers.They faced the Problems such as employment, housing and social security in the process of urbanization.On the one hand, we need to reform the existing social system.On the other hand,we also cannot ignore their own power. The migrant workers must reform their ideology and make them to explore the new way to solve the problem actively. So, Under this historical background, find out new ways to solve the problems of migrant workers which is Combining the spirit of contract and the integration of social culture in China is a new choice in the development of urbanization of migrant workers.My thesis taking Ningxia as an example. Through the method of literature research, questionnaire survey and case interview, I combining the citizenization of migrant workers are faced with the problems and consciousness of contract with analysis. In view of the migrant workers their own shortcomings, the restriction of social reality and weak sense of the contract in traditional culture, the contract consciousness of migrant workers is relatively weak in present situation.and has three main features, such as the contradiction, passive and negative possibility shape. There are three obstacles that migrant workers faced in the process of urbanization are system, social environment and cost.The author believes that study on cultivation of the contract consciousness of migrant workers can be achieved by following ways:Establishing a mechanism for the migrant workers contract consciousness of identity, Perfecting the system construction and promoting resultant force of contract consciousness of migrant workers cultivation.
