With China’s fast growing economy, government’s medical system construction and capital investment increase, people’s per capita disposable income increase, more wishes on medical service are raised. As an important part, medical instruments industry got a rapid development. Facing the emerging market, many manufacturers and capitals from domestic and abroad joined in hope to get more market share and profit. The competition is fiercer:not only chances but also risks will appear in the coming years. Winner or loser depends on his knowledge on this question and his strategic layout.With a long history and rich cultural deposits, JZ had remarkable achievement in Chinese medical instrument industry, very big advantages in products, technology, scope, channel. But in the big changing market, facing domestic and abroad competitor, the advantage is narrowing. If we do not analyze, adjust and push forward the road of development, the market share will shrink. Facing substitutes, product upgradation, category segmentation, we must adjust strategically, which will lead to decision making, knowing own ability, speed up cultivation and improvement, to ensure strategy’s grounding. This is what this book is mainly exploring and researching.Under the guidance of enterprise strategic management theory frame, based on current company manage condition and the development of medical industry and the fierce competition background, the book analyzed JZ company’s inner and outer competition circumstance, using five forces analysis model, SWOT, BCG Matrix, core-competitiveness and so on, a new round develop strategy is proposed. The book demonstrates the necessity of organizing business, clearing the business sector of development, investment, upkeep to adapt competition. Based on this, the author proposed countermeasures and implementation methods. Hope the thesis can help JZ company reflect, adjust and practice for new development.
