The results show that the people’s park landscape has a significant influence on housing prices: the people’s park is obtained by model regression results in landscape price elasticity coefficient is 0.058, the residential area to the distance of the people’s park every fell 1%, house prices will rise by 0.058%; The figures of the people’s park landscape effective influence range of about 1.13 km, 1.13 kilometers in the people’s park landscape outside, the people’s park landscape has no effect on house prices.
