Despite the increasing demand of multilayer users, providing standard-related services and application of standard-related data are still on the phase of offering “standard query†and “waiting for the user to approachâ€. Such simple and passive service mode cannot satisfy the user on the depth of standard data application and standard of individuation service requirements.Z Institute, as a Provincial standards service, if it wants to set up the professional service brand in the national industry, then the institute must search for an innovative way of digital standard information service commercial model, including using digital and information means and creating digital standard information service product.This analysis from the perspective of the enterprise business model innovation will discussthe composition using the business model and business innovation of the new path method to research on applied research in the case of standard information services. Firstly, review and summarize the existing commercial model. Secondly, research the commercial model innovation of the digital standard information service. Thirdly, research the practical application that Z Institute in the commercial model "3-4-8" structure system and into the commercial model innovation of standard information services.The last part of this thesis reaches some conclusions. Although the Z Institute achieves some success in commercial mode innovation of standard information service industry and producing some customer satisfaction products, it’s depending on the first-mover advantages and the blind spots of the digital standard service product market.As the other standard information service industries are improving their services, Z Institute must take some measures to achieve the sustainable development of the digital standard information service. On the one hand, the institute should be producing service products that are hitting the market. On the other hand, it should innovate the inner part management to improve the components of commercial model innovation. |
