Research On The Safety Attitude Of Enterprise Employees And Its Determinants

Safety is the necessary condition to achieve the good business enterprise development. Especially in recent years, the safety in production of private enterprises still exist many problems. Implementation of security attitude of employees can significantly affect the safety system, safety attitude of employees, decided by many factors, enterprise managers and decision makers of the security management leadership, employee safety attitude and safety study on the effect of the implementation is less, especially in the study of private manufacturing enterprises is no more.This study aims to study issues related to safety attitude to Rui’an manufacturing industry of private enterprises, to explore the effect of individual factors on safety attitude, relationship analysis of the implementing effect of safety attitude, safety management leadership and security system, which can guide enterprise how to change the attitude of staff, the implementation effect to improve enterprise safety system. Therefore, this article carries on the questionnaire survey to the Rui’an private enterprises, using analysis of variance, canonical correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods to carry on the statistical analysis of the data, and Get the following conclusions:(1) The individual factors of employees have a certain impact on the safety attitude.(2) The enterprise security management leadership has a positive effect on safety attitude and safety system implementation effect. Safety attitude is positive effect on safety system implementation effect.(3) Safety attitude of employees has a mediating role between security management leadership and security implementation effect.
