Studying On Development Measure Of Industry Interaction Between Wuming County And Guangxi-ASEAN Economic And Technological Development Zone

In recent years, Wuming county’s economic and social development has acquired notable effects. Located in Wuming County, with high strength development, Guangxi-ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone’s industrial assemble effects have become obvious. It is signitficant to make the interactive development of counties become ture.This article studys the actual foundation of industrial interaction, which on the base of discussing the connotation、mechanism and theory of the industrial interaction between Wuming County and Development Zone. The actual foundation includes importance and feasibility, importance means prolongation and optimization of industry for the needs of Development Zone, and industrial restructuring for the needs of Wuming County. The feasibility means the difference complementation of endowment labor supply and demand、 industrial structure and the capital Supply and demand between the two sides. Above, it has laid the foundation for the research of this paper. Combined with the existing industry and resource conditions of Wuming County and Development Zone, this article analyzes the effective path of the development of the industry interaction, from the first major traditional resources of Wuming County, the resources of cassava starch alcohol industry, rich agricultural resources, Nanning Education Park settleding in Wuming County, it has solved the problem of how the mutual industry interacts. After summarizing the economic effect of the development of industry interaction, and analysising the restricting factors of industrial interaction, the countermeasures and measures of realizing the Industrial Interactive Development between the two parties are presented. That is the two sides should jointly build the economic zone, relying on the Nanning Education Park settled, to promote the development of industrial clusters, and to realize both sides of the industry transformation and upgrading, becoming regional economic development of a new growth level, in the end, it can accelerate regional economic development.By studying the way of industrial interaction between Wuming County and Developing Zone, the conclusions are as follow:local government finding its own position, combining their advantages, to construct the cooperative economic zone. And by playing the effective guide and supporting,the local government pursue division and cooperation, of labor to enhance the efficiency and level of cooperation. In the process of development, the economic zone can play a role in advancing the process of industrialization and urbanization quickly, and can make the interactive development of the region to a greater extent, in the end, to promote regional economic coordination and rapid development.
