In recent years, the role of the insurance industry has been greatly improved and enhanced in the financial system and the modern economic society. Property insurance which as an important part of the insurance industry developed rapidly with the continuous progress of China’s economy and society. The completion between the business beome more intense in the market, as for the company, the marketing channel is directly determine the success of the enterprise competition. Relatively, the A property insurance company of Guangxi established in a relatively short time, compared with the people’s insurance company, Ping An insurance and others, A’s market share, marketing ability, internal control management are slightly inferior, along with the growth of the insurance and intensified market competition, the improvement within the management and marketing mode and an invincible position in the fierce market competition, for a general insurance company, which must be taken into account in the process of development the key point and that is directly related to the survival and development of a property insurance company..based on the marketing channel structure model theory and marketing channel management theory, we take Guangxi A property company as a case study in-depth analysis of their current situation and problems of marketing channels. We give some suggestion on how to operate and choose the marketing channel effectively, to improve the standardized of channel selection management, to solve the channel conflict, to strengthen the channel training and management of the branch incentive, to optimize the management of the terminal countermeasures. Finally, we give some protection safeguards from the organizational structure, human resources security, system security and other aspects. This study has certain significance for enterprises operating and for our property insurance and other insurance companies.
