‘This special group of Migrant Workers’ is gradually formed since the late 1970 s. As the economic and social development, its quantity and scale, has from the beginning of 1980 s 120 million surged to 200 million people now. And it is far more than city workers, already account for about 60% of the total labor force Chinese. The successful employment of Migrant Workers affects the development of economy and society. It also affects the pace of the construction of socialist harmonious society. Migrant Workers Employment Capability is a very important factor to solve its individual work and the quality of life. At the same time, it sustains the industrial structure adjustment and upgrades about the countries and the area, and it more relationship with the development and stability of the society. Therefore, to explore the Migrant Workers Employment Ability has very important practical significance. This article is to study of Migrant Workers Employment Ability as the main body, and puts forward some suggestions and ideas on how to improve the Employment Ability.In this paper, Migrant Workers will be listed as the research object, aims to enhance the employ-ability of Migrant Workers as the direction, focus on all kinds of Influence Factors of Migrant Workers Employment Ability. At the same time, access to domestic and foreign about the employ-ability of Migrant Workers is an important research results and papers, a reference to the research method of domestic and foreign advanced, will be part of the mature theory as a reference.
