Analysis For The Influence Factors Of Migrant Workers Employment Ability

Prompted by the reform and opening policy, Chinese rural migrant workers in big cities have grown up rapidly along with industrialization urbanization and modernization; migrant workers have become a special group in Chinese mainland. The matter of obtaining employment for rural migrant workers has proved to be the core of "issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area" all the times. Affected by the factors such as urban and rural dual structure, decline in urban employment capacity and so on, migrant workers transfer their job in the traditional agricultural department to the urban non-agricultural department in quantity, in this process the matter of obtaining employment for rural migrant workers looks bleak, especially the growing fierce problem of "Rural Laborer Shortage" in recent years. All these problems arouse public concerns, the matter of obtaining employment for rural migrant workers featured. Thus one important element of probing into the matter of obtaining employment for rural migrant workers is how to improve the working ability of rural laborer, making rural migrant workers which are the surplus rural labors to better meet the needs of social and economic development, promoting migrant workers to get a job.Under the background of international economy and labor market competition becomes increasingly fierce, research on the influencing factors of migrant workers employment ability and offer some effective policy proposal for boosting peasant-worker employment possess great practical significance. This paper draws heavily on the capability in obtaining employment of our country’s rural migrant worker, probing into the affected factors about employability of this migrant worker group. Based on positive analysis, this thesis presents the corresponding recommendations and provides some references for how to improve the employment ability of migrant workers and promote obtain employment of migrant workers.This paper through some related survey of the situation of rural labor getting a job, adopted Logistic model to analyze the sample data (the positive analysis of affected factors in migrant workers employment abilities). It is turned out the capacity of rural laborers’employment is affected by many factors, such as individual characteristics age, skill, the year of migrant working; environment characteristics father’s educational degree, the family’s per capita income; policy and institutional factors skill training. Also the factors such as age, skill, the year of migrant working, father’s educational degree, the family’s per capita income, skill training has a positive correlation with rural migrant workers’employment abilities.
