The latest national survey data show that the number of new generation of migrant workers in China has reached 120 million people,it become the main groups of migrant workers in the city's economic development,and the importance of employment problems are increasingly apparent.It relates to the work efficiency and quality of life of the new generation of migrant workers.The employment ability is not only related to the work efficiency and quality of life of the new generation of migrant workers,but also has a significant impact on the development of enterprises and the development and transformation of regional economy.It is the key to realize and maintain the employment.The new generation of migrant workers is the effective employment,enterprise development and the area economic development and transformation have a significant impact.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the employment ability and employment performance of the new generation migrant workers.This study focuses on the relationship between the employment ability and employment performance of the new generation of migrant workers,and uses the combination of the qualitative and quantitative research methods.First,we use the open questionnaire to get the seven dimensions of the employment ability: learning ability,ability to adapt to change,team cooperation ability,problem-solving skills,interpersonal and communication skills,self-cognition and management ability,psychological affordability.According to a large number of relevant literature reference to the preparation of the employment ability and employment performance self-rating scale and through the distribution and recovery of the questionnaire to get the data.Then,the data were analyzed by SPSS.20,and the results were analyzed by means of reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and independent sample T test.The following conclusions were obtained:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between employment ability and employment performance,and the correlation between employment ability and gain performance,satisfactory performance is significant,and thecorrelation with continuous performance is not significant.(2)The seven dimensions of employment ability are consistent with gain performance,satisfactory performance and continuous performance.(3)There is no significant difference between the employment ability and the employment performance of the new generation of migrant workers with different sex.(4)The relationship between the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers and the employment performance is significantly different.Interpersonal and communication ability have the greatest contribution to the employment performance,which should be the focus of the training ability of the boys.The self-cognition and management ability have the greatest contribution to the employment performance,which should be the focus of the training ability of the girls.On the basis of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the employment ability and employment performance of the new generation of migrant workers from the government,the enterprise and the new generation of migrant workers.
