With liberal economic tide, more and more people give out the traditional attitude of the lifelong career. The latest 2015 Departure and Raise Research Report shows that the employee turnover rate rises to 17.4%, which keeps a increasing trend. Some posts even climb to thirty percents. The rising turnover rates bring corporations the heavy human resource costs. From the perspective of positive psychology support, the thriving focus on how to control the flow of employees which is a hot spot in human resources management.This dissertation reviewed the existing research and find out the logical relations between variables about thriving, turnover intention, job burnout, perceived organizational support in the first, and putted out the research hypothesis. Next, we selected the corresponding measuring tools and form the formal questionnaire after preliminary investigation. In the formal investigation, a total of 393 employees responded the questionnaire. And then we carried out the confirmatory factor analysis to test the model fitting. Through correlation analysis, multiple hierarchical regression analysis, the proposed hypotheses gets strong support. The results provide practical management advice for the enterprise, as well as direction for future research, are discussed. This dissertation research has the main conclusions as followed:1. The two-dimension structure of thriving also gets strong support in Chinese culture.2. Thriving has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, namely thriving can effectively reduce the employee turnover intention.3. The job burnout in the working mediates the relationship between thriving and turnover intention. Specifically, thriving can reduce employees’ emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, dimished personal accomplishment, to further affect employee turnover intention.4. The perceived organizational support partially mediates the relationship between the thriving and turnover intention. Specifically, thriving can promote the staffs support and value identity, concerned about the benefit to further influence the employee’s turnover intention.
