Research On The Di Fference Of Industry Structure Of FDI On The Technological Spillover Effectts Of Chinese Manufacturing Industry

In recent years, FDI in China has became the most main source of technology and capital. China has been the largest host country of FDI in the developing world for 20 years. Strategically, FDI is encouraged and expected to benefit domestic firm s technological capability via FDI. The technology spillover effect of FDI plays a great role in promoting the productivity of China s manufacturing industry. The inflows of FDI on China’s manufacturing industry have attracted more and more attention.We use the improved Cobb-Douglas production function and VAR model on the basis of the sample data to analyze the differences of technological spillover effect of FDI. And reached following conclusions:From the different levels and different elements intensity of technology, the technological spillover effects of FDI received from different technology levels of manufacturing sectors are different. So we must distinguish among different technology and different elements intensity of FDI.
