With the complex domestic and international economic situation, financialmarkets shows fierce competition. Many strength financial foreign banks haveentered the Chinese market. At the same time, the reform of China’s financial systempromotes variety of financial product innovation. Outstanding treasure and by LibertyInternet or other new financial product have had a huge impact on the developmentmodel for the bank in the past, resulting in the traditional sources of profit banksdownsizing and income space shrinking. Postal Savings Bank branch in LiaoningProvince has become the province’s urban and rural areas which is covering anintegral part of Liaoning Province and become the rapid development of the financialservice force. But with the background of the increasingly competitive financialmarket, the bank is still facing serious management problems such as the postalsavings income decline and the market share of low.Cost management is one of thecore management issues. Due to the poor awareness of full cost management and notprecise cost control method or other reasons causes serious management problems.Therefore, how to develop effective programs to address the Postal Savings Bank,Liaoning Branch cost management problems becomes a constraint the key to thelong-term and stable development bank factors.Analyzing the management of costs the Postal Savings Bank branch in LiaoningProvince and combining empirical data related to the bank’s cost of the projectconstitution and annual financial statements, this article analyzes the cost managementprocess problems. From cost management awareness, cost control methods, coststructure and business model, cost incentive mechanism evaluation analyzes the causes of the four problems. Finally, contrary to the reason for the existence of the problem, thisarticle proposes the establishment of mechanisms for full participation in the cost ofmanagement, the implementation of cost-fine tubes, optimized cost managementorganizational structure, improve the assessment and incentives to improve the fourproposed strategies and recommendations.Through the Postal Savings Bank, Liaoning Branch cost management process tosort out the problems, this article provides a clear direction to improve costmanagement.
