| Studied of star hotels of Wuhan city spatial distribution and factors influencing factors basing GIS spatial analysis, geographic statistical methods, the theory of spatial structure, the results showed:.(1) Star hotels of Wuhan showed typical distribution pattern in the center-periphery structure. Star hotels of Wuchang, Hankou along the road between the Yangtze River core which is between the first Yangtze River Bridge and the second Yangtze River Bridge of Wuhan. The spatial pattern of layered circles outward gradient of decreasing; Optics Valley and East Lake Development Zone in the area have not yet formed a higher level of industrial accumulation center. (2)The spatial pattern of five-star hotels in Wuhan presented centralized distribution and spatial patterns of the two groups. The five-star hotel of Wuhan concentrated area of commercial centers, urban roads. (3) The spatial pattern of four-star hotels in Wuhan presented the core locating in Wuchang District, and gradually spread to the surrounding. (4) The spatial pattern of four-star hotels in Wuhan presented Star along the road between the Yangtze River core which is between the first Yangtze River Bridge and the second Yangtze River Bridge of Wuhan, gradually spread, lower layers of the spatial pattern of layered circles, with a central group characteristics. (5) Wuhan have a few two-star hotels, mainly in the central area of the city of Wuchang, Hankou.The main conclusions of star hotel in the spatial distribution of the impact factors:(1) It have a positive level correlation between economic development and star hotels of Wuhan, but the coupling is not high, mainly due to location-star hotels is a multi-factor common driving action results.(2) Wuhan city Star hotels tend to located in the city roads;-star hotel with the intensity of the main road density changes; higher star hotel rating, the closer from the main road, and vice versa.(3) Star hotels is located in Wuhan City, tend to park near the scenic and shows star hotels market-driven and environment-driven modes.(4) Wuhan star hotels tend to located in an area of high land prices, different levels-star hotels in Wuhan distribution and premium grades did not exhibit obvious degree of coupling.(5) There are obvious differences between Wuhan city star hotels and universities. Universities mainly in the Wuchang district, Wuchang district star hotels and universities showed a higher correlation, but due to lack of Hankou and Hanyang university, the two-star hotels distribution can be considered as missing college location factors.(6)Wuhan city star hotels located in the population distribution tends to large scale, high population density areas.According factors influencing the spatial distribution of star hotels in Wuhan proposed optimization measures, including improving the investment environment, improve related facilities, foster theme hotel, good recommendations in four areas related to planning decisions. |
