Research On Spatial Pattern Evolution And Infiuencing Factors Of Star Hotels In Hangzhou

Tourism lodging industry is an important part of tourism development and tourism activities,especially the development level of star hotel is an important indicator which indicates degree of urban tourism development.Hangzhou,as a vital part of the Yangtze river delta city circle,is a typical representation of China tourism cities.Studying the spatial pattern of Hangzhou will promote the study about practical and theoretical aspect,which will be beneficial to government planning about hotel industry and investment,but also provide models for other similar cities to optimize spatial pattern of star hotels.This paper takes the star hotels in Hangzhou as the research object,obtains the relevant data of the star hotels,uses the mathematical statistics method and the spatial statistical method,uses the GIS software and the SPSS software to study the spatial pattern evolution and the influencing factors of the star hotel in Hangzhou.Hangzhou star hotels spatial pattern evolution characteristics:?Generally Hangzhou star hotel present an evolution from mass space pattern of the " main urban area as the core",to the "group-style spatial pattern" that comprises a core of main urban area and nodes combine districts of Xiaoshan,Yuhang,Linping,Chun'an,Qiandao Lake,etc.and main axis and two vice axis,main axis means overall along the Sanjiang(Qiantang River,Fuchun River,Xin'an River)on both sides,vice axis extends from main urban area to districts of Xiaoshan,Yuhang Linping.There are differences in the spatial pattern of each star hotel.The five-star hotel present the group-style spatial pattern that comprises a core of main urban area and nodes combine Xiaoshan,Xianghu Chun'an,Qiandao Lake and Fuyang district;the four-star hotel present the group-style spatial pattern that comprises a core of main urban area and nodes combine districts of Xiaoshan,Yuhang Linping and Chun'an,Qiandao Lake;the three-star hotel present the group-style spatial pattern of the main urban area as the core and each suburban and counties as the nodes;The two-star and one-star hotel present an evolution from the initial spatial pattern of "the main urban area as the core,each suburban and counties as the node," to the group-style spatial pattern evolution of " main urban area,Chun'an Qiandao Lake for the two core".? the spatial distribution of star hotels and different class star hotels showed a high degree of agglomeration distribution trend;the discrete range of star hotels spatial distribution show an expansion trend,while different class star hotels vary,two-star and one-star hotel are the most dispersed,followed by three-star hotel,and four-star and five-star hotel distribution is relatively concentrated;the spatial distribution of star hotels and different class star hotels is along the overall"northeast-southwest" direction deviation.? Eight star hotels clusters comprise Wulin,Hubin,Huanglong,etc.The results show that traffic(the total urban road area),consumption(the total retail sales of social sales)and MICE industry(the number of meetings)are the main driving forces that affect the spatial distribution of star hotels in Hangzhou.In order of the significant degree of impact,it goes:the number of meetings,the total urban road area and the total retail sales of social sales.In the aspect of analyzing influencing of the spatial evolution about star hotels:Commerce,tourist attraction,traffic roads,exhibition industry,characteristics of hotel industry and government policy are the important influencing factors of spatial pattern about star hotels.
