DS electric company is a company specializing in the production and sales of electrical equipment and materials of a professional manufacturers, is located in China’s largest electrical production of industrial clusters of the township, has a quick and convenient supply and circulation. As a privately owned enterprise, after ten years of development, the scale and productive has reached an annual turnover of billions of dollars in revenue. In this paper, under the guidance of theories to analyze the competitiveness of the enterprise products and comprehensive evaluation, on this basis to make the enterprise product strategy plan of promote the competitiveness.For the content and framework of this paper. is divided into six parts, Part 1 Introduction. Combining the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analysis the macro environment of the power industry and the prospects for the future, the outcome is electrical products is a mature product, the current and future market requirement is big and broad prospects; clear the background, the purpose and significance of this study, and the research content, ideas and research methods. Part 2, the basis of relevant theoretical is explained, further, the concept of product competitiveness theory, competitiveness theory and product evaluation of product competitiveness theory is described and analyzed; reaching the conclusion that the influence elements of the competitiveness of the products mainly for the quality, price, brand, several aspects of service, management and product cycle, further classified effect as the cost of products, product customer satisfaction, product market performance, the four categories of factors of enterprise. Three is the analysis of the introduction and present situation of DS company and products. And the fourth chapter together as a key part of the paper, mainly from four aspects affecting the competitiveness of the products were detailed and qualitative analysis; The existing problems were studied. Part Four, the. Evaluation of DS electrical products competitiveness. Quantitatively Estimate the competitiveness and the analysis and calculation results of products. Part Five, according to the evaluation on the competitiveness of electrical products, DS presented strategies of improving the competitiveness of the products, namely the product of technological innovation and production, enhancing customer satisfaction, strengthening marketing sale and cultivating customer relationship management. enhancing after-sales service, perfecting brand building and maintenance. Part six, the conclusion of this paper and the difficulty, shortcomings and future prospects.The result of the study is DS electrical should seize the chance of the huge capacity of market requirement. Based on local market and the strategy of cost leadership, DS should focus on developing the core competitive ability that hard to followed. enhance the competitiveness of their products, building the foundation for the international market to enhance product competition ability in the international market. For the difficulties and problems, on the one hand, with the rapid development of economy and electrical industry, some problems existing in the product was covered; on the other hand, the objective conditions and personal are limited, this study has some limitations exist. Hoping to use some scientific methods, such as economics, management science, analysis and related statistics, to make more accurate evaluation for the competitiveness of products and electrical industry. and further improve the research.
