Study On The Influence Of Forest Resources Supply On The Export Competitiveness Of China’s Paper Products

China has gradually developed into a global production,consumption and trade of woody forest products,foreign trade of woody forest products has become an important force to promote forestry development and increase foreign exchange earnings.Among them,the trade volume of paper and paper products ranked second in wooden furniture,which is the main item of wood forest products.However,.the paper products are resource consumption products,although China’s vast forest area,but a large population,the per capita forest area of only 0.145 hectares,less than the world’s per capita share of 1/4.Resource supply and demand imbalance,coupled with the protection of foreign countries on their own forest resources to import resources have been limited.These have brought pressure on China’s export competitiveness of paper products.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of forest resources change trend on the export competitiveness of China’s paper products,so as to provide policy recommendations for how to improve the competitiveness of China’s paper products.Based on analysis of influence on the competitiveness and structure of competitive China paper products products of forest resources supply theory,constructs the index system of comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of products structure and competitiveness,and this index based model established by Potter influence competitiveness,what are the factors to analyze the impact of product competitiveness and structure competitiveness.In order to improve the competitiveness of products China paper put forward policy recommendations.The results of the study show that,through the study of the competitiveness of products China have a competitive advantage in the news paper,but does not have a competitive advantage in the printing and writing paper and other paper and paperboard,paper products China competitiveness by studying the structure showing the overall trend is weak,there is still a large gap compared with developed countries.Through the analysis of factors affecting the competitiveness of the paper products China raw materials we found that the structure is not reasonable,waste paper pulp accounted for the main raw materials for production of wood pulp accounted for a relatively small and weak,not high technology of papermaking machinery processing produced paper products not high price competitiveness is not strong.Finally,based on the above conclusions,some policy suggestions are given.The author believes that the adjustment of the production structure of raw materials,the development of forestry paper integration,improve the quality of paper products to expand consumer demand,improve the price of paper products to improve the competitiveness of paper products.
