Analysis Of Fresh Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Risk

Fresh agricultural products, one of the special branches of agricultural products, are closely related to our daily life. There is an increasingly diversified demand of fresh agricultural products due to the great improvement of people’s living standard and level up of material well-being living condition. Comparing to other food, fresh agricultural products must be strictly controlled in circulation process, which means the operation of cold chain is extremely important. However, China has got start late in cold chain logistics, the level of technology and equipment is lagging. What’s more, without system of industry standards to guarantee the efficiency of cold chain logistics, which leads to outstanding issues on quality and safety fresh agricultural products, so that the circulation process of fresh agricultural products exists great risks. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to recognize the risks existed in the cold chain logistics and clear the prevention measures for ensuring the product quality and developing the logistics.The operational risks in the circulation of fresh agricultural products is regard as the research object, its development status and problems is deeply analyzed, risk identification and assessment are conducted systematically, the appropriate strategies for risk prevention is put forward. The main research as follows.(1) A large number of references are consulted, the basic theory on fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics is elaborated, the operation characteristics is analyzed, and the main problems are listed. Work process of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics is carded seriously, the operation process is showed through the Arena simulation software, the collection, the store, the sorting and the transport process are determined as the core operational processes, and then risk identification aim to every process is developed. Finally, the risk factors are determined.(2) For the 31 risks, such as purchase operation plan risk and quality and pesticide residue detection risk which are identified, interpretative structural model is used to analyze the mutual relationship among the factors. By calculating the reachable matrix, the risk factors are divided into three levels to be explained. A risk assessment model for the specific operating conditions of a fresh agricultural products circulation center which is on the basis of fuzzy soft set theory is established. The risk value of core operational aspects is calculated, the transport operation is determined as the aspect with the highest risk value in the cold chain logistics. At the same time, the feasibility and effectiveness of the risk assessment model is verified.(3) According to the risk identification, analysis and the result of the assessment for the fresh agricultural product cold chain logistics. From enterprise management level, technical level, quality of corporate of officers, equipment levels and the surrounding environment point of view, the risk control measures aiming at every aspect are put forward, and the risk prevention strategy aiming at the whole process is given.
