The Change Of Consumption Pattern In China From The Perspective Of Marxism Consumption View

The process of social reproduction including production, exchange, circulation and consumption. The consumption in the process of social reproduction plays an irreplaceable role. In the 《Preface and introduction to a contribution to the critique of political economy 》, Marx fully discussed the dialectical relationship between consumption and production, as well as consumption plays an important role in the process of social production and reproduction. Marx’s argument has the important enlightenment for the production and transition of consumption patterns in our country at present.Under the guidance of Marxist view, this paper has been thoroughly analyzed the connotation and characteristics of consumption patterns and many factors that affect consumption, systematically combed the human social evolution in patterns of consumption. Meanwhile, this paper has been analyzed the differences of human consumption patterns under the different social modalities, such as primitive civilization,agricultural civilization and industrial civilization. Based on this, this paper has stated that the incurred positive changes of the consumption way and the existing problems in our country since reform and opening up. In turn, the purpose of this article is to put forward the necessity of the conversion of consumption patterns concerning the present situation of our country’s current resources and the environment, the construction of ecological civilization, sustainable development, promoting economic growth model and so on. Eventually, this article has shown that the barriers of interest, institution,technique and concept in the process of realizing the change of consumption patterns.The ultimate goal of this paper is intended to analyze the current unreasonable aspects of consumption patterns, call the whole society into action with multiple efforts and coordination to jointly push the establishment of a new type of consumption patternswhich come into being with the main characteristics as low carbon life and ecological consumption, and to realize our healthy and sustainable development of our social economy.
