A Study On The Correlation Between Corporate Governance Structure And Operation Achievement Of China’s Tourism Listed Companies

Agriculture product processing enterprises have made great contributions to the economic development of Anhui province. It is the pillar industry of northern Anhui, which can also help to promote the local economy and the adjustment of industrial structure. It is important for Anhui, a province dominated by agriculture, to develop agriculture product processing industry. The six counties in the northern of Anhui province are the main grain producing areas. However, they are the relatively backward regions in the development of agriculture product processing. There are many factors led to the lagging development of agriculture product processing industry and the main reason is the poor technology capability. While technical capacity innovation is based on technical capacity. Hence, the study of improving technical capacity of agricultural product processing enterprises in the six counties of northern Anhui will push the development of innovation. At present, articles dealing with agriculture product processing are the main stream whereas few concentrate on the improvement of the internal technical capacity of the enterprises and ignore the important implications of some external factors. To the six counties of northern Anhui, research on promoting the technical capacity of agricultural product processing enterprises plays an important role in promoting the region’s economic development. Therefore, research on promoting the technical capacity of agricultural product processing enterprises in the six counties has both vital theoretical and practical significance.The current situation of the survey on technical capacity is first stated in detail based on the analysis on different exports’definition of the technical capacity and the elemental constitution. And then, the influential factors on improving agricultural product processing enterprises’ technical capacity are found out. There are four external elements:the national industrial policy and regulations, the raw material environment of these agricultural products processing enterprises, the marketing rivalry among these agricultural product processing enterprises and the financial environment. There are six internal elements: capital, manpower, acquisition of technology, application of technology, technological innovation and organizing ability. These offer the theoretical foundation of the following empirical study. By researching the situation of these enterprises’ technical capacity in northern Anhui province, and according to the relevant elements, the main problems which restrained the improving of the technical capacity in agricultural product processing enterprises of the six counties in northern Anhui province are analyzed:(1) relative heavy taxes on agricultural product processing enterprises, (2) the adverse financing environment for the six counties’ agricultural product processing enterprises. (3) the unreasonable resource distribution and low level of informatization, (4) lack of innovation ability in these enterprises. (5) low rate of agricultural product processing, (6) the enterprises are poor in improving their technological capability. Then, analyzing objectively in the view of enterprises and the tactics for improving are concluded:the government should extend the scope of favorable agricultural products and reduce the tax rate over agricultural product processing enterprises; the financing environment should be perfected; informatization system should be built and the resources of the enterprises should be redistributed. When seeking external cooperation, the government should also take actions to strengthen the internal training at the same time. These would further improve the technical capacity of the agricultural product processing enterprises in the six counties of northern Anhui province, and do great favor to the economic development in these six counties.
