| With the accelerated development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce of regional competition, regional technological innovation capability has become a regional economic determinant of competitive advantage. In recent years, although the ability of technological innovation in Anhui Province has increased, there are still some outstanding problems solved. As the first national technical innovation project of the pilot provinces, now Anhui Province facing the main task is how to seize this opportunity and make full use of national policy measures in order to achieve the enhancement of technological innovation and promote economic development by leaps and bounds.In order to properly evaluate the ability of technological innovation in Anhui province, this article constructs the evaluation index system of technological innovation ability in aspects of the input capabilities, output capacity, support capacity and diffusion capacity. In the acquisition of large amounts of data, the essay uses statistical software PASW Statistics 18 and the method of factor analysis to analyze technological innovation ability in Anhui Province from the year of 2006 to 2008 and also uses the method of factor analysis to analyze technological innovation ability of 30 provinces. Through comparative analysis between Anhui provinces and other provinces, we find the constraints of technological innovation ability in Anhui province. The thesis uses cluster analysis method to make us recognize the level of technological innovation in Anhui province more clearly. Finally, according to the empirical research, the essay offers some counter measures and suggestions on promoting the technological innovation capability in Anhui Province, such as enhancing technological innovation capability of enterprises, to increase science and technology investment by local government, optimizing the environment of technological innovation and improving the ability of diffusion of technological innovation. |
